AI Learning for Hospital Workers

A new program helps hospital staff learn about artificial intelligence. The course is short and voluntary, so anyone in the health system can sign up. It uses quick lessons that mix text, images and videos made by AI tools. The first three months saw 80 people enroll. They watched more than 500 videos in total. A small group of seven finished a quick survey after the course.Their test scores were between 86 and 100 percent, showing they understood the material. They said the lessons were useful and helped them think about AI safety. About one‑third of participants joined because they wanted to know how AI works in health care. The program shows that a mix of learning and fun can raise AI knowledge among many hospital jobs. It also points to future steps, like adding real patient examples and ways to get even more people involved.
