Israel‘s recent release 110 prisoners in exchange for three Israel soldiers sure was a game changer. But who are these prisoners? To kick things off, let’s talk about the prisoners Israel released in a swap. Zubeidi, our first character was considered a big shot militant leader but had a split personality. He was a theater director who promoted cultural resistance during his reign of attack against Israelis. He found a way to escape prison in 2021 which thrilled his people. In 2002, We Are Thrilled to let you knowWas a wanted man in Israel after his attacks. What you may not know was that Zubeidi had a chance to promote his cultural resistance and didn't waste any time. When asked about his future after being released Zubeidi had a simple message to his fellow combatants in Jenin camp and at large he said “May God grant victory to them” his family got word he was beaten to next to death he weighed ” a startling amount of weight. ”. So it goes to show that even although he was injured he did not let that stop him from spreading his passion for his people. As a perspective. you can see he was a very charismatic person. Get to know Wadas militantAbu Warda on a personal level. At the start of the fighting he was arrested and charged for suicide bombings that killed over 40 young people in Israeli cities. He was sentenced and faced many years in jail. Abu Warda was released last month. although they were not entirely thrilled about it especially since their relatives were in the attacks. Many of the prisoners are not strangers to prison. Take Mohammed Aradeh for example, he planned an escape with five of his fellow prisoners. From what we can tell he had a big penchant for digging and not just digging in the dirt but he took this talent made a tunnel and asked those to join him. Even when he was a young boy he had an ideological connection to his family and they supported him in the fight for their country. The place is just about a stone’s throw away from from the close military presence known as Jenin camp in the occupied West Bank. so it was the perfect location.
You might not find the idea of people so rapt up in a tunnel escapefascinating but for the 110 people released another 23 were whisked of to Egypt they wereapparently serving hard time for big time crime Sweeping most of the prisoners with their newly found freedom they leaped of the shoulders of their jubilant supports after stepping off the Red cross bus, but the other 23 prisoners faced a different reality as they were shipped of to Egypt before being shipped off somewhere else. Imagine if you were freed from prison and you had to go into exile in this strange foreign country that is in a warzone with your homeland, home of the people you lost with loved ones. For a lot of people if that was their fate the feelings of relief and joy would be quickly replaced with a new anxiety and sense of dread and unease. They represent a quarter of the people released. The ones that stayed in the Westbank represented the other three quarters of the released. Families and other loved ones were so happy that they started to display it with extreme joy and jubilation. Zubeidi and some of his fellow prisoners were transferred to Egypt instead of sitting in a WestBank prison. But within the three 15 boys to 69 year old men some stayed and some went into exile and were separated from their families and loved ones . So overall it is a complicated situation and like most things human they will have to make the best of it . In Ramallah Authority said to anyone who would talk to them. If you listen to the prisoners and loved ones they might say the conditions were not always great. doctors said that the men lost weight and looked weak, one of them Dr. Mai Al-Kaileh had no trouble at all in saying this. Even though this makes us wonder what these 23 other prisoners must have went through in the coming years.
