Tonight's Champions Classic game between Duke and Kentucky won't just be a showdown of top college teams. NBA Draft experts have released their 2025 mock draft, and Duke seems to be in the spotlight with a whopping six players on the list. Leading the pack is freshman wing Cooper Flagg, tipped to be the overall top pick. Three other Blue Devils also made it into the top ten, while three more are projected to be picked in the second round. On the other side, Kentucky has just one player, Koby Brea, who's expected to go quite late in the draft, at pick No. 57. Kentucky's roster, built on experience with several fifth-year seniors, isn't making waves in this mock draft. It's a shift from the usual Kentucky dominance in recent years.
Beyond Duke and Kentucky, the mock draft also highlighted players from other schools. Arkansas' Adou Thiero is projected to go 29th to the Utah Jazz, and another former Wildcat turned Razorback, Zvonimir Ivisic, is slated for pick 44. Tonight's game will be interesting to watch — will Kentucky’s experienced players outmatch Duke’s young talent?
