For instance, in the textile and clothing sectors, HR managers are highly valued. They are involved in major discussions. But in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, their role is less significant. They are often seen as mere supporters rather than strategic partners. Another issue is the lack of clear HR strategies in many companies. Without written policies or solid plans, HR managers struggle to make a real impact. This limits their ability to help the company succeed. The big takeaway? Companies need to recognize HR's potential. They should treat HR as a partner, not just a support team. Only then can they truly achieve their goals.
