Scott Adams, the creator of the famous Dilbert cartoons, has been dealing with serious health issues. Recently, he revealed that he is now paralyzed from the waist down due to prostate cancer that has spread to his bones.
Adams shared this news on social media, saying he can't move his muscles but still has some feeling. He is planning to get radiation treatment to try and shrink the tumor pressing on his spine. If the treatment works, he hopes to regain some movement in his lower body.
Adams first announced his cancer diagnosis back in May. He mentioned that he has the same type of cancer as former President Joe Biden. At that time, he thought he might not live past the summer. However, testosterone blockers helped improve his condition for a while.
Unfortunately, his health took a turn for the worse when he became paralyzed. He recently shared that the radiation treatments did not help with his paralysis. Despite this, the staff at Kaiser Permanente has been very supportive, trying to help him get back home.
Adams has been open about his health struggles, using his podcast and social media to update fans. His journey highlights the challenges of living with advanced cancer and the importance of good medical care and support.
