Cold Day Ahead: Windy and Uncertain for the Weekend

If the storm stays farther north, chances for precipitation rise. The chance of rain or snow is about 30% in the north and up to 70% in the south. Snow is more likely farther north. Overall, the storm is still considered unlikely by current forecasts. Temperatures will climb next week. By Tuesday and Wednesday, most places should see highs in the 40s. Some spots near the Jersey Shore might touch the low 50s.
