Country Singer Sundance Head's Scary Hunting Trip Accident

You might know Sundance Head from winning NBC's "The Voice" in 2016. Well, this country singer just had a scary experience at his East Texas ranch. While on a hunting trip, he accidentally shot himself in the stomach. It happened when he was leaning into his vehicle to grab his . 22 caliber pistol. The gun slipped out of its holster and fell onto the exterior of the vehicle, going off and hitting him. Luckily, Sundance wasn't severely injured. He was airlifted to a hospital in Tyler, just east of Dallas. Doctors said he didn't hit any vital organs, so he didn't need surgery. He was released later that day. Sundance has some upcoming shows in Texas and Illinois, so hopefully, he'll be back on stage soon.Sundance is no stranger to talent competitions.
