They found that using more herbicide lowered the amount of pigments like chlorophylls and carotenoids. But here's where it gets interesting! When they combined the herbicide with a plant growth regulator called Endofit L1, the pigment levels did better.Even more exciting was that treating the seeds with a biopreparation called Bioarsenal before planting also helped boost pigment levels, especially when combined with the herbicide and growth regulator. The best results showed that pigment levels could increase by up to 40% compared to untreated plants.
