Grab a Piece of Pittsburgh’s Past

Washington, D.C. /country/] USA,Thu Apr 02 2026
Three Rivers Stadium, the old home for the Steelers and Pirates, has a new life in Washington. In 1994, when the ballpark hosted the MLB All‑Star Game, seats were installed on the first level. After the stadium was demolished 25 years ago, those seats found a new home in EQT Park. The Washington Wild Things are now offering fans the chance to own a slice of that history. Fans can buy whole seats, which include the top, bottom and arms, for $75. If you only want a part of the seat, the back or bottom can be purchased for $25. The seats will arrive disassembled and ready to pick up at the park. Orders are confirmed by email, and you’ll know when your seat is ready.
The Wild Things say this is the last opportunity to own an authentic piece of Pittsburgh sports lore. It’s a unique way to keep a memory alive, especially for those who remember the Immaculate Reception or Roberto Clemente’s 3, 000th hit at Three Rivers. The sale ends next Wednesday at 5 p. m. , or sooner if the seats run out. Interested buyers should act quickly to secure a piece of the old stadium’s legacy.
