Summer nights are the brightest, suggesting that tourists and locals are more active during this time.Interestingly, not all places are changing at the same rate. Some spots are becoming super busy, like hot spots, while others are cooling down, acting like cold spots. And there are areas that seem to be just fine the way they are, with little change.
