Martial Arts Stars Face Off in 'Skyline: Warpath'

In a world still recovering from alien invasions, a new sequel is on the horizon. "Skyline: Warpath," written and directed by Liam O’Donnell, has been snapped up by Signature Entertainment for U. K. and Irish audiences. This action sci-fi film stars martial arts masters Scott Adkins ("John Wick: Chapter 4") and Iko Uwais ("The Raid" franchise), along with Yayan Ruhian ("The Raid: Redemption") and Charlotte Vega ("Wrong Turn"). The story follows Sua, a resistance leader, who discovers the powerful Radial Gauntlet. With corrupt humans and alien invaders to deal with, Sua’s journey is intense and action-packed.Negotiations between Signature's Begüm Kayacan Parodi and Palisades Park Pictures’ CEO Tamara Birkemoe sealed the deal for the U. K. and Ireland. The film was shot in Indonesia earlier this year, with XYZ Films already having acquired U. S. rights. It continues the "Skyline" universe two years after the events of "Beyond Skyline. " Parodi expressed enthusiasm, noting Signature’s success with previous "Skyline" films and their eagerness to bring this installment to audiences next year. Palisades' Kyle Bellinger shared similar excitement, highlighting the franchise's high-octane action and star power of Iko Uwais and Scott Adkins.
