This year, I binged on some amazing Netflix docuseries. The list includes heart-warming stories like “The Remarkable Life of Ibelin, ” which shows how gaming can break isolation. Then there’s “America’s Sweethearts, ” giving us a behind-the-scenes look at the tough training of Dallas Cowboys cheerleaders.“The Kings of Tupelo” was a jaw-dropper, mixing small-town feuds, internet conspiracies, and even an Elvis impersonator. “Skywalkers: A Love Story” is about two daredevil climbers from Moscow, showing how their passion for heights mirrors their love. Lastly, “Turning Point: The Bomb and the Cold War” connects history to today’s geopolitical tensions, helping us understand Russia and Ukraine better. Each docuseries offered unique perspectives, making them standouts from the rest of this year’s Netflix releases.
