Netflix Ends Deal With Meghan’s Lifestyle Line

The streaming giant has decided to part ways with Meghan Markle’s As Ever brand, ending the partnership a few months after signing a multi‑year deal with the former royal couple.
The brand, which debuted in August 2025 alongside Netflix’s Consumer Products arm, offered items such as fruit spreads and honey. Its launch was tied to the couple’s show “With Love, Meghan. ”
The first season of that series received poor reviews and did not rank among the platform’s top 300 shows early in the year. Critics and viewers alike questioned whether Netflix would continue its relationship with Meghan and Prince Harry, who had previously secured a $100‑million contract in 2020.
In August, just before the second season premiered, reports surfaced that the couple had renewed their partnership with Netflix, but for a significantly smaller sum. Meghan expressed enthusiasm about extending the collaboration to include As Ever, praising the joint effort with Netflix and her production team.
A spokesperson for As Ever later thanked Netflix for the initial support, noting rapid growth during its first year. The brand announced it would now operate independently and look forward to future projects.
Netflix’s spokesperson highlighted Meghan’s passion for enhancing everyday moments through simple, beautiful designs and said the company was pleased to help bring that vision to life. They added that Meghan would continue developing As Ever on her own and that the company anticipated celebrating her future successes.
The split reflects a shift in strategy for both parties: Netflix is refocusing its content and product lines, while Meghan aims to steer her lifestyle brand without the backing of a major streaming platform.
