New Doctors Join Oswego Health’s Fulton Office

Oswego Health has added two new providers to its Fulton PrimeCare location, boosting care options for patients. Dr. Christine Ma, a family medicine doctor who trained at Lehigh Valley Health Network and earned her osteopathic degree from Lake Erie College, now speaks both English and Korean. Her background as chief resident gives her strong leadership skills in the clinic.The practice also welcomes Casey O. Donovan, a nurse practitioner with almost ten years of emergency and critical‑care experience at Oswego Hospital. Donovan holds a master’s in family nursing from SUNY Polytechnic and degrees in biology and nursing from SUNY Brockport and Cayuga Community College. His experience will help the team handle urgent situations and routine family health needs. Together, Dr. Ma and Casey Donovan expand the range of services available to families in Oswego County, ensuring patients have access to comprehensive and culturally aware care.
