A leading AI firm has shifted its main office from Denver to Aventura, just north of Miami. The company’s new address is 19505 Biscayne Boulevard, Suite 2350. This relocation follows a previous move from Palo Alto to Denver in 2020, driven by disagreements over Silicon Valley culture. Palantir’s CEO had said the company’s goals didn’t fit that environment.
The shift places Palantir among a growing group of tech leaders moving to Florida, after figures like Peter Thiel, Jeff Bezos, and Ken Griffin have already made the move. Many of these executives cite a proposed wealth tax in California as a reason to relocate. Palantir now holds the title of South Florida’s biggest publicly traded business, with a valuation above $300 billion. Its 2025 earnings were $1. 6 billion on revenue of $4. 5 billion, and forecasts for 2026 reach nearly $7. 2 billion.
Around 4, 429 staff work worldwide; roughly 600 were in Denver before the move. The company has not disclosed how many will join the new Florida headquarters. Colorado’s governor learned of the move only after seeing it on social media, while Florida officials celebrated the decision as evidence that the state is becoming a hub for national‑security and AI work.
Florida’s Council of 100, backed by business leaders such as Ken Griffin, launched an “Ambition Accelerated” campaign to attract more companies. The ads target executives in major U. S. cities, highlighting Florida’s low taxes and business‑friendly climate. The state has no income tax and ranks highly for GDP growth, new business formation, talent attraction, and higher education.
