Parham Man Caught Driving Despite Ban

Early one Friday morning in 2025, a Parham resident found themselves in serious trouble after the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) spotted them driving on Road 38 in Parham. This individual had been explicitly told by the Ontario Court of Justice not to operate any vehicle due to previous offenses. At about 6:30 a. m. , police arrived at the scene and arrested the driver for violating this order.
Upon further inspection of the vehicle, officers discovered ammunition inside. To make matters worse, the individual was also under a court-issued prohibition order for possessing weapons and ammunition. The driver, identified as Frank Teal, a 32-year-old male from Parham, faced several charges including operating a vehicle while prohibited, failing to comply with a probation order, and twice for possessing firearms or ammunition against the terms of the prohibition order. Frank Teal was immediately taken into custody and was held for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice in Kingston on the same day. However, the outcomes of this hearing were not revealed. This incident highlighting the importance of adhering to legal restrictions and the consequences of defying court orders.
