Some feel included and even more connected with coworkers, while others experience discomfort or unfair treatment due to their political beliefs.Interestingly, engaged workers are less likely to feel uneasy in such discussions, hinting that employee engagement might play a protective role in these interactions. Workplace experts recommend that leaders and employees proceed with caution when tackling sensitive issues to ensure that collaboration remains unaffected.
