Russia has been making big claims about Ukraine trying to attack President Vladimir Putin's home with drones. But a top drone expert isn't buying it. Cameron Chell, who knows a lot about drones, thinks the whole story doesn't make sense. First off, Ukraine is known for being smart with their drones. They use them in clever ways that make sense. But this attack? Not so much. Chell says it's hard to believe Ukraine would do something like this. He thinks the drones wouldn't have been able to reach Putin's home from far away. They would have had to be launched from much closer, maybe even inside Russia.
Plus, Putin's home is probably super secure. Chell doesn't think Ukraine would send slow, cheap drones to attack such a well-protected place. It's just not their style. And why would Ukraine do this now? They're in the middle of peace talks. It doesn't make political sense for them to attack Putin right now. They need support from other countries, like the U. S. , and this kind of attack could make things worse. Russia says they shot down a bunch of drones, but their numbers keep changing. First, they said 89 drones, then 91, then 49 more. It's all very confusing. Ukraine says the whole thing is made up, and the expert agrees. Chell says there are just too many things that don't add up.
