Sean “Diddy” Combs is dealing with another serious legal issue while awaiting trial on racketeering and sex trafficking charges. A new lawsuit claims that when he was just 10 years old, an aspiring rapper was drugged and sexually assaulted by Combs during a supposed audition in a New York City hotel in 2005. The lawsuit, filed by lawyers Tony Buzbee and Andrew Van Arsdale, adds to the growing list of accusations against Combs. The plaintiff, identified as John Doe, says his parents brought him to Manhattan to meet with music industry executives, including Combs.
After being left alone with Combs, the boy was given a soda that he believes was drugged. The lawsuit alleges that Combs then forced the boy into sexual acts without consent. The boy's parents reportedly noticed something was wrong but were too afraid to report the abuse. The plaintiff claims he suffers from severe depression and anxiety as a result of the alleged incident. Combs’ legal team has denied the allegations, stating that they are confident the truth will prevail in court.
