Six new lawsuits have been filed against musician and producer Sean 'Diddy' Combs, alleging sexual assault against men, women, and even a 16-year-old boy. The suits, filed anonymously in federal court in New York, claim incidents ranging from rape to drugged drinks between 1998 and 2006. Two of these alleged assaults occurred at Combs' famous White Parties. All plaintiffs are seeking damages. The latest lawsuits are part of a larger wave of litigation led by Houston-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who says he represents over 120 alleged victims, including minors. Combs' attorneys have expressed confidence in the legal process and maintain Combs' innocence. At a 1998 White Party in the Hamptons, a 16-year-old male claims Combs assaulted him, citing it as a "rite of passage" for stardom. Another plaintiff, a security guard at a 2006 White Party, alleges he was drugged and assaulted by Combs.
A third lawsuit involves an incident at Macy's in 2008, where a man alleges Combs assaulted him in the stockroom and threatened him. The man reported the incident to Macy's security, but claims no investigation was conducted. Two women also claim to have been raped by Combs: one at a 2004 hotel party and another at a 1995 music video after-party. One of the women alleges Combs struck her and raped her after she asked him to slow down. Another lawsuit from a 2021 party at Combs' residence details a man being served a drugged drink and subsequently assaulted by Combs and at least two other men. These allegations are part of an ongoing legal saga for Combs, who is currently awaiting trial on federal charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty.
