Smart Disinfection System: How Tech is Making Public Spaces Safer

How do we keep them safe? A team designed a clever disinfection system using an STM32 microprocessor. This system is like a smart guardian, controlling seven tasks: tracking people, spraying disinfectant, checking liquid levels, controlling access, announcing safety rules, displaying system status, and storing data.The STM32 microcontroller is the brain, using sensors to gather info. It adjusts disinfectant levels and concentration, using methods like PID control and logical ratio control. The YOLO algorithm helps spot people accurately, figure out crowd density, and decide when to spray. By comparing real-time crowd density with set limits, the system tweaks access control time. This makes the disinfection cycle smarter, reducing virus spread. Isn't that cool? We can use tech to make our public spaces safer.
