Another winter system will move in during the afternoon and evening. This one will bring gusty winds and more snow, making driving even more challenging. The good news is that this round will be quick and will be over by midnight. Thursday will be better, with temperatures reaching a high of 20 degrees. But don't celebrate yet. Another blast of arctic air is coming just in time for the weekend. Temperatures will drop to negative six degrees, and wind chill could make it feel like negative 35 degrees.
