Suspect in West Englewood House Fire Seized by Police
Chicago, USAWed Jun 03 2026
Cook County Crime Stoppers has released a photo of the person they are looking for after a blaze that claimed two adults and two children in a Chicago home. The picture shows someone igniting a fire on the deck of the house that burned in late May on South Paulina Street. A reward of up to $10, 000 is offered for tips that help arrest or charge the culprit. The victims were Lisa Brown, Reginald Wilson and two foster children: 8‑year‑old Royalty Rattler and her 15‑year‑old brother Ja’quan.
Two teenagers, aged 14 and 16, escaped the wrecked building. Crime Stoppers volunteers will work closely with Area 1 Detectives to talk with residents in the neighborhood. They hope someone knows who set the fire and urge anyone with even small details to contact them anonymously. Police and volunteers plan to walk through the area on Wednesday night, gathering clues and informing neighbors who might help solve the case.
