The new client has amassed more than 600 million monthly views and over 3 billion total views, according to the agency’s statement that he has built “the world’s largest channel for jobs and opportunity. ” He earned the Creator of the Year award at the 2025 UK TikTok Awards, and his videos concentrate on business, learning, and career advice.His flagship series, “The Career Ladder, ” features him standing on a ladder while guests climb onto the front side. In under two minutes he asks questions and tries to identify their profession, a format that has become highly popular. He recently toured this show for two years. Collaborations include big names such as Amazon, Chanel, Microsoft, Ferrari, Adobe, and Adidas. He has been named to Forbes 30 Under 30, serves on the NATO Youth Advisory Board, and advocated for official recognition of UK creators by government bodies. Last year he led a press event about YouTube’s Creator Consultation report, alongside other agency clients.
