The company has reshuffled its senior ranks, adding and promoting leaders across tech, operations, finance, law, and golf ties. These moves aim to boost day‑to‑day performance while building long‑term value for a worldwide network of venues.
Jay Spears steps in as chief information officer, taking charge of technology worldwide. He will guard cybersecurity, manage data and games, and help craft a digital plan that links to venue success. Spears comes from CEC Entertainment, where he was CIO, and has held roles at Six Flags, Urban Air, KPMG, and EZLynx.
Jason Weatherford becomes vice president of in‑venue services, a new post that signals tighter coordination inside locations. He will steer strategy and finance for food, drink, retail, buying, security, safety, facilities, and golf lessons. Weatherford’s background includes retail leadership at Palace Entertainment and senior spots at Six Flags and Cedar Fair.
Erin Chamberlin is promoted to president and chief operating officer after serving as interim president since October 2025. She will oversee all operations, support services, event sales, and technology, building on her role in the company’s sale from Callaway to Leonard Green Partners.
Other promotions include Susana Arevalo to chief financial officer, Jon Olsen to general counsel, and Scott Blevins as president of Toptracer. Amanda Lily Lam joins as vice president of golf marketing, a new position focused on partnerships and campaigns for serious golfers.
