Topview, a Singapore company that builds AI tools for media makers, has just launched its newest version, Topview 4. 0. The update turns the platform into a shared workspace where people can write scripts, design graphics, record voice‑overs and edit videos all in one place. Instead of hopping between separate apps, a whole team can stay on the same board, give instant feedback and finish projects faster.
The company says it has already attracted more than five million users. Those users produce over half a million videos every day for brands such as Anker, Samsung and L’Oréal. The numbers suggest that people are using the tool for real work, not just for fun experiments.
One customer, Anker, reports that the platform boosts engagement. The marketing manager explained that for every ten videos created with Topview, about two become viral hits. This shows the tool can help brands reach wider audiences.
Topview’s co‑founder, Jensen Wu, compared the new release to a “Figma moment” for video creation. He believes that teams are tired of juggling many tools to launch a single campaign, and that a unified AI studio can change that. The platform lets agencies invite clients directly into workspaces, keeps brand assets in shared libraries and moves content from idea to publish without breaking the flow.
The launch follows a fresh $5. 5 million funding round, which brings the total Series A to $14 million. The earlier $8. 5 million round was led by Kamet Capital, a firm that sees Topview as an example of strong product depth and operational traction.
Topview’s strategy reflects a larger trend: AI is no longer an add‑on; it becomes part of how teams plan, review and ship work. Tools that treat collaboration as a core feature are more likely to win long‑term usage.
The new version is live now, with subscription plans that offer unlimited AI generation. Topview’s goal remains to help teams move quickly from concept to finished content while keeping momentum and context intact.
