Understanding Cybernetic Patterns in Sports Management and Youth Groups in Selected Provinces

This study aims to examine the role of cybernetic patterns in the management of youth and sports departments in selected provinces of the country. The study is descriptive-analytical and includes all experts in the country's youth and sports departments. Due to the large sample size, a random sampling method was used. Therefore, sports educators from five provinces (Qom, Alborz, North Khorasan, Hamedan, and West Azerbaijan) were selected as the research sample (N = 92), and ultimately, 84 questionnaires were returned.University professors of sports management validated the questionnaire and its reliability was determined using Cronbach's alpha reliability test with a score of 0. 89. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics (mean, frequency, chart) and in the inferential statistics section using independent t-tests (P
