Berman in Manhattan follows a similar decision made the day before regarding Ghislaine Maxwell, Epstein's accomplice in his sex-trafficking operations. These rulings could provide an unprecedented glimpse into the federal investigations of both Epstein and Maxwell. The materials to be released include grand jury transcripts and a vast collection of investigative documents that have been kept confidential for years.
