Victory Bar & Grill Gets New Hands, Plans Fresh Upgrades

The Victory Bar & Grill in West Berlin is now owned by a new group. Husband‑and‑wife team Andy and Loukia Likogiannis sold the spot, a move confirmed by restaurant broker Bielat Santore & Company. The place has long been a favorite for sports fans and casual diners. It features 50 big TVs, 28 draft beers, and comfort‑food dishes like burgers, wings, and cheesesteaks. The new owners will keep the bar open while adding improvements.They aim to boost sports viewing and live shows, but will not change the relaxed vibe or friendly service. The popular Sunday brunch buffet and community feel should stay intact. The venue sits on Route 73 and holds up to 460 guests. It has a 190‑seat dining room, a 130‑seat bar, and an outdoor patio with 140 seats plus a backyard cornhole court. Since 2019 the bar has grown, with big updates in 2022 and 2024. The transaction was handled by Robert Gillis of Bielat Santore & Company.
