Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links is blowing out nine candles on its birthday cake this month. Starting January 12, players on mobile and PC can dive into a special anniversary celebration packed with goodies and challenges. The highlight? A chance to snag the Dark Magician Dragon Knight – Red-Eyes Dragoon (Speed) card, which can be decked out with an eye-catching Animated Surface Finish. This isn't just any card; it's a rare gem that usually isn't up for grabs in regular gameplay. But wait, there's more! Players can also get their hands on the OR-style Red-Eyes Black Dragon (Rush) and a unique ninth anniversary card, Dimension Linker (Rush). And if that wasn't enough, there's a free Structure Deck called Red-Eyes Inferno to spice up deck-building without spending a dime.
Midway through the festivities, Konami will kick off the 9th Anniversary Mission Bingo event. Completing tasks on the bingo board unlocks a treasure trove of rewards, keeping the game's event-driven excitement alive. But the party doesn't stop there. For ten days, players can log in daily to snag Dream Tickets for both Speed and Rush formats, SR and UR Selection Tickets with special visual effects, and cool customization options. The grand finale? A red name color change to show off your anniversary pride. Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Links has come a long way since its launch. With over 150 million downloads worldwide, players have collected more than 65 billion cards and battled in around 6 billion duels. Inspired by the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game and manga series by Kazuki Takahashi, Duel Links brings the card battles to digital life. It's free to download on iOS, Android, and PC via Steam, with optional in-game purchases.
