Louis Joliet Mall Welcomes Herencia Vaquera and Miniso to Boost Foot Traffic
The Louis Joliet Mall is making moves to draw more visitors by adding two new retail spots. One is Herencia Vaquera, a store packed with Western-style clothes, boots, jeans, and cool accessories. The other is Miniso, a popular global shop known for cheap home stuff, beauty items, school supplies, toys, and fun character merch. Together, they take up about 16,600 square feet inside the mall. Herencia Vaquera first opened its doors on August 19, while Miniso started serving customers on March 28. Even though both stores have been around for a while, the mall is now shouting about them like they just arrived.
This feels like part of a bigger plan to get people excited again. The mall has stayed pretty quiet lately, especially while switching owners over the past few years. Now, it seems ready to turn up the energy. On top of the new stores, the mall also added Kingdom Deli to its food court back in July. That means more choices for shoppers looking for a quick bite. The whole push comes from the group that owns the mall, including big names like Namdar Realty Group and Masson Asset Management. With fresh stores and tasty food options, the mall is trying to bring back that buzz and make itself a go-to spot again.
