The couple, who live in Brooklyn, decided to celebrate their love in New Orleans. "The city’s oak trees and Spanish moss are incredibly romantic, " Julia said. On November 17, 2024, they wed in a stunning ceremony officiated by Senator Raphael Warnock. Celebrity guests like singer Bridget Kelly and actress Lynn Whitfield attended the star-studded event. The wedding was a blend of music, culture, and love. A second line parade, led by the Hot 8 Brass Band, filled the streets of St. Charles Avenue.
