Mott College Shows Student Docs and Global Project

Mott Community College will host a free documentary showcase on Friday, October 2. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Regional Technology Center Auditorium, Room 1301. The address is 1401 East Court Street in Flint. Parking is available on campus for attendees.

Students from the Media Art and Entertainment Technology program will present films they made over the summer. Each piece reflects a different topic and style. Visitors can drop in at any time during the three‑hour window.

A special 2025 documentary will also be shown. It was created through an online partnership with Universidad San Francisco de Quito. The collaboration linked classrooms across borders for a shared project.

The college serves almost twelve thousand students and offers more than one hundred thirty programs. The school also provides workforce training for local industries. For more details, email marketing at mcc dot edu.
