Nate Bargatze is taking a big step back from his podcast to dive into new adventures. After nearly five years and almost 300 episodes of "The Nateland Podcast, " he's ready to focus on movies, TV shows, and even a theme park. He wants to create things that families can enjoy together.
The podcast isn't ending; it's just changing. Bargatze thanked his fans and the podcast crew, saying he's still around for a few more episodes. The show will wrap up with a live finale event in January. His co-hosts, Brian Bates, Aaron Weber, and Dusty Slay, will keep the podcast going but with a fresh twist.
Bargatze's comedy shows are a huge hit. He topped the list of the highest-grossing comedy shows of 2025. His "Big Dumb Eyes World Tour" sold over 677, 000 tickets and made more than $56. 7 million. In Utah, his shows sold out fast, with nearly 80, 000 people attending. That's a lot of laughs for a state with over 3 million people!
Bargatze is not just about comedy shows anymore. He's stepping into movies with his first feature film, "The Breadwinner, " where he plays a stay-at-home dad. The movie comes out in March 2026. He's also hosting a new TV game show, "The Greatest Average American, " which starts in February 2026. The prize? The average American salary.
And that's not all. Bargatze is working on a Nateland theme park in Nashville. He wants to create fun places where people can escape the chaos of the world. He says he's building these things with his fans in mind, wanting to earn their trust.
Fans might worry about the podcast changing, but Bargatze's sister reassured them on a subreddit. She said listeners won't need to re-subscribe and that the co-hosts are excited for their new journey.
