New Leadership Takes the Helm in Santa Clara Schools

David Toston is the new superintendent of schools in Santa Clara County. This is a big deal because it happened after a lot of drama. He was even the first African American to chair the California Advisory Commission on Special Education. Toston is excited about his new role.
