New Software Betas for Vision Pro, Apple TV, and Watch: What to Look For

Apple has just unveiled the first developer betas for visionOS 2. 2, tvOS 18. 2, and watchOS 11. 2. These updates, available to developers with an account, give us a sneak peek at new features expected to launch publicly in December. Last week's updates didn't bring many new features, with the biggest change being a minor addition to the Apple TV app. However, this time around, we can expect more feature additions. For instance, visionOS 2. 2 might finally bring the upgraded Mac Virtual Display feature for Vision Pro, offering an ultra-wide view and higher resolution.tvOS 18. 2 is anticipated to introduce new screensavers, including a TV and Movies theme and a fun Snoopy screensaver, both scheduled for late 2024.
