Barrotta, who first gained fame playing Allan in Tyler Perry’s BET series The Oval, has just signed with Untitled Entertainment. The actor’s career began in New York where he balanced journalism gigs at Entertainment Tonight, Celebuzz and The Wrap before moving into acting. He appeared in over a hundred episodes of the political drama, which follows the inner life of the White House and its First Family. The show’s creator, Tyler Perry, wrote all episodes and directed most of them, helping Barrotta become a regular in 2021.
