North Korea's Missile Launch: What's Really Going On?

North Korea has sent another missile flying towards the Sea of Japan. This time, it was spotted by South Korea's military. They said it was an unidentified ballistic missile. Japan also saw something and thinks it might have been a missile launch too. Kim Jong-un, the leader of North Korea, has been busy lately. He visited a factory and told them to make more than twice as many tactical guided weapons. This isn't the first time he's done this. He's been checking out different factories and even a nuclear-powered submarine. All this is happening before a big meeting next year where North Korea will decide on some major plans.North Korea has been testing missiles a lot more in recent years.
