Geezer Butler, the original bassist for Black Sabbath, shared his thoughts on the band's last performance. He mentioned that Ozzy Osbourne's health was not good before the concert. Butler was surprised to see how weak Ozzy looked when they started practicing.
Ozzy needed help to get to the rehearsal room. He used a fancy cane with gold and jewels. Butler noticed that Ozzy got tired quickly. He was not as loud and energetic as he used to be.
The final concert on July 5 was a big success. Many bands that were inspired by Black Sabbath performed. Ozzy played his solo songs and Black Sabbath's biggest hits. Sadly, Ozzy passed away on July 22 due to Parkinson's disease.
Butler was thankful for the last show with his friend. He appreciated the love from the fans and other musicians. Butler felt lucky to have spent most of his life with Ozzy. He called Ozzy the "Prince" and said everyone came to honor him.
