Pedro Neto: A Stretch Too Far?

Gary Neville, a former Manchester United defender, recently made a bold statement. He claimed that Chelsea's Pedro Neto is just a "smidgen away" from being like Eden Hazard. This comparison, however, seems way off.
First off, Neto is more similar to another Pedro who played for Chelsea. The one who was known for his hard work and solid performances, not for being a superstar. After Chelsea's recent match against Manchester City, this comparison seems even more ridiculous.
Chelsea managed to get a 1-1 draw against Manchester City. They scored a late goal through Enzo Fernandez. Reece James, the captain, mentioned they had a "different plan" for the game. They had to change things up at halftime to avoid losing.
Now, about Neto. He was frustrating to watch. He made more mistakes than Manchester City's defenders. His decision-making and overall quality need serious improvement.
Neville's opinion on Neto was not entirely wrong. He did say Neto lacks Hazard's "glide" and killer instinct. But comparing him to Hazard is a stretch. Neto needs to improve a lot before anyone can even think of comparing him to Hazard.
