LPP, a fashion brand based in Gdansk, Poland, is doing well and might even beat its yearly goals. The company's CFO, Marcin Bojko, said this is thanks to smart cost-saving moves, like using robots in their warehouses and AI to help things run smoother. These changes saved more money than they thought they would. The second half of the year looks promising for LPP, especially when it comes to making more profit. This is good news because they're expecting to share their third-quarter results soon. LPP plans to make at least 23 billion zlotys (that's about $6. 4 billion) this year. To grow, they're investing a lot—about 3. 5 billion zlotys. Most of this money will go towards opening new stores, especially for their budget-friendly brand, Sinsay. They want to compete with big names like Shein and Temu. LPP has some advantages over its Asian competitors. They have physical stores where people can try on clothes, and they follow all EU rules. Plus, their biggest warehouse in Bydgoszcz uses robots to cut costs by 25%. This helps them keep prices low and deliver faster than some of their rivals. LPP is also using AI in a cool way for their Sinsay brand. They use virtual models and AI backgrounds for ads, which saves them money on expensive photo shoots. The CFO says there's no going back from using AI in their business.
