As a nation based on Pancasila, Indonesia must ensure legal protection for its citizens. This includes protecting children from sexual crimes. Law enforcement in North Sumatra, for instance, is built on the harmony of values that prioritize good conduct and a series of value hierarchies. The goal is to maintain and defend a peaceful social life. From a progressive law perspective, protecting children from sexual crimes is about more than just punishment. It's about ensuring the dignity and well-being of the child victims. It's an ideology and dedication to upholding the law and doing what's right.
