Putin and Iran's President Meet, Talking 'New World'

Russian President Vladimir Putin has been busy this week, discussing something called a "new world order" with Iran's president. The meeting happened in Turkmenistan, and it's significant because Iran has been helping Russia's war effort in Ukraine by sending drones and possibly missiles. This comes at a time when tensions are high between Iran and Israel, and there are concerns about Iran's proxies causing trouble.
The meeting wasn't just about weapons, though. Putin and Iran's president talked about what's happening in the Middle East and found they have similar views on global issues. Putin even invited Iran's president to visit Russia, and he said yes. Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, has been talking to Western allies about a "victory plan" for ending the war with Russia. He's visited London and Paris to discuss it, but the details aren't public yet. Zelensky hopes the plan will bring a fair end to the war.
