Radial Entertainment brings in new boss to boost money-making moves
Thu Jun 11 2026
A big-name exec from Paramount Global just switched teams. Brendon Thomas now leads revenue efforts at Radial Entertainment. His job? Find ways to make more cash from the company’s existing shows and movies. That includes selling rights, placing ads, striking deals with new partners, and expanding into fresh markets. He’ll answer directly to the CEO, Jeff Shultz, who hired him last December.
Thomas and Shultz have worked together for years. Back at Paramount, they teamed up on major deals and big partnerships. Shultz calls Thomas the best deal-maker he knows. “No one else could fill this role, ” he said. Under Thomas’s new setup, three top managers will split the workload. Julie Dansker covers global licensing and international sales. Daniel Gagliardi handles digital sales in North America. Matt Katrosar heads up advertising and partnerships worldwide.
Why did Thomas take the job? He sees a gold rush for independent content right now. Streaming services need lots of shows to keep viewers hooked. Advertisers want top-quality shows with ads built in. And free, ad-supported TV is still growing fast. Radial has the library, the know-how, and the connections to cash in. Thomas wants to speed up the company’s money-making machine and push it to the front of the pack.
Before Radial, Thomas spent years climbing the ladder at Paramount Global. He was in charge of selling shows and striking business deals. Even earlier, he helped launch Pluto TV in 2015 and grew it into a billion-dollar business by 2021. His track record shows he knows how to turn content into cash.
