Revamping Agriculture: A Fresh Look at Sustainable Development

To make farms greener and healthier, experts have pinpointed nine key factors. Some of these factors can directly cut down on agriculture's environmental impact, boost soil health, and encourage biodiversity. Others indirectly support the adoption of sustainable practices. Together, they help maintain the balance of nature and push agricultural sustainable development forward. A new decision-making model has been created to understand how these factors are connected. This model combines a Pythagorean neutrosophic set with Weighted Influence Nonlinear Specification System (WINGS) and the Best-Worst Method (BWM). By doing this, the model helps show the importance and interactions of these factors more clearly.This is especially helpful when looking at what makes agriculture sustainable. The study found that modernizing agriculture is the most important factor, while fixing up the land is the most influential. This new approach can handle the challenges of uncertainty and confusion in decision-making better. It also makes sure that the opinions of decision-makers are accurately and fairly represented, improving how decisions are made. This method can be used not only in agriculture but also in other decision-making situations.
