Sara Porkalob Takes On Film and TV with Impression Entertainment

Sara Porkalob, known for her creative matrilineal musical trilogy The Dragon Cycle, has signed with Impression Entertainment to explore opportunities in film and television. Her acclaimed musicals, like Dragon Lady and Dragon Mama, have earned multiple awards, including Gregory and Elliot Norton Awards. Porkalob's shows have toured widely, with Dragon Lady recently selling out at the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles. Porkalob's rise to fame includes her notable Broadway debut in the gender-swapped 1776, where she played Edward Rutledge. She has also been part of several other theater productions, such as The Lamplighter and The Angel in the House. Her impressive career has earned her nominations for prestigious fellowships and awards, including the Princess Grace Award for Theater in 2021. Currently, the third installment of The Dragon Cycle, Dragon Baby, is in development. Porkalob's agency, Daniel Hoff Agency, continues to represent her alongside Marc Anthony Ferré and Dustin Flores.
