Sean Combs Faces More Lawsuits for Alleged Misconduct

USA, Los Angeles, New York, MiamiWed Oct 02 2024
Houston attorney Tony Buzbee has revealed that over 100 individuals, including many men, are preparing to sue media mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs. These people claim they were victimized during parties and music industry events in Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. The allegations range from violent sexual assault and rape to other forms of misconduct. This legal action comes as Combs is already facing federal charges for sex trafficking, to which he has pleaded not guilty. His legal team says he can't respond to every claim, but Combs denies all accusations of abuse, especially those involving minors. Buzbee's firm and the AVA Law Group will handle these cases individually across various states. Some cases involve allegations of assault with controlled substances or facilitating sex under their influence. Buzbee's team is gathering evidence and records from authorities to support these claims. Since November, Combs has faced 12 civil lawsuits, 11 specifically accusing him of sexual assault. He has denied many allegations and settled one claim but hasn't responded to all active lawsuits yet. This development unfolds as Combs awaits trial at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn for sex trafficking and racketeering charges. His attorneys are appealing his detention, hoping to secure his release until the trial.
