College football fans know that recruiting is a big deal. The SEC is no exception. After National Signing Day, the rankings have shaken up. Georgia is still on top, but Vanderbilt made a huge splash by signing a top quarterback. This is a big deal because Vanderbilt isn't usually a top contender. Alabama, Tennessee, and Texas A&M are also doing well. They've got some of the best recruits in the country. But it's not all smooth sailing. Alabama lost a few commits, and Texas had some last-minute flips. Still, they're bringing in top talent. LSU is a bit of a wildcard. They've got some big names still unsigned. It's anyone's guess how that will play out. Meanwhile, Florida and Oklahoma are holding steady. They've got solid classes, but they're not making as many waves as the top teams. South Carolina and Ole Miss are fighting to keep their commits. It's a tough job, especially with Lane Kiffin leaving for LSU. But they're not giving up. They're still bringing in good players, even if they're not at the very top.
