In the wake of the pandemic, many small businesses in Eau Claire, Wisconsin suffered significant losses. However, one beauty clinic, Reign & Co. , had a different approach. Instead of focusing on their own recovery, they decided to give back to the community by organizing an event to promote and support other small businesses. The event, which took place on a Thursday, was a huge success, with around 30 local businesses, many of which were women-owned, showcasing their products and services. Beauty and wellness products, crafts, clothes, jewelry, and food were all on display, giving customers a chance to discover new brands and entrepreneurs.Reign & Co. 's owner, Sheila Joles, explained that the idea behind the event was to help uplift the local business community, which had been hit hard by the pandemic. She wants to use the platform to raise awareness and bring the community together. "We're just helping get everyone's name out there," she said. "After COVID, everyone kind of took a hit, so we're doing something to help. " The event received a warm response from the community, with many customers expressing their gratitude for the initiative.
