Southeast Michigan Braces for Snowy Monday

Southeast Michigan is in for a chilly Monday. Snow and strong winds are expected to sweep through the region. A Winter Weather Advisory is in place for all of Southeast Michigan. Some areas might see quick, heavy snowfall. Snow totals will likely range from 1 to 2 inches. But some spots could get more.Several counties are under specific alerts. Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, and Livingston Counties have Snow Squall Warnings. These will be in effect until noon on January 19. Macomb, Monroe, Lenawee, Lapeer, Genesee, and St. Clair Counties are under Winter Weather Advisories. These will last until 10 a. m. on Tuesday, January 20.
